POSDCORB est l'acronyme de Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing, Coordinating, Reporting, Budgeting [1] créé par le consultant d'entreprise, Luther Gulick en 1937 en s'inspirant des fonctions de l'administration générale de l'entreprise d'Henri Fayol.
