Systématique et taxinomie

Ce genre a été décrit par Ćurčić en 1983 dans les Neobisiidae.

Pedalocreagris[2] a été placé en synonymie par Judson en 1993[3].

Chinacreagris[4] a été placé en synonymie par Harvey en 1999[5].
